The Lefthand Keyboard is called this the “Mouse friendly keyboard” because it places the Numeric Keypad on the left allowing the mouse to be kept much closer to where the right hand should be. This very logical layout is because most people use the mouse far more than the numeric keypad so the keypad now occupies the space where the mouse should be.
